Donate a boat and help save lives

When I hear about some person who is willing to donate a boat, it sounds as its too good to be true, but I guess it is possible and I have heard some true stories about it in boatangel.org and I think it is a worthwhile thing and actually really helps save lives. If I had one myself, I would also gladly donate my boat if this can really help out other people especially those who needs services like in Africa and such.. I was always active in my earlier days on charity work but this was actually the first time I heard it in this kind of scale that boats become donations. Boat donations I think can be a big impact in our society especially if they aim to serve those who deserves the need like for example the mercy ships who provide hospital care to the far off places with these donated boats.
